I will provide you with a free 15-minute consultation call to talk more about what is bringing you into treatment and what you are looking for in a provider. This is to determine if my services and expertise are the right fit for your needs. 

Starting Services

If you wish to continue services with me, the first few sessions will be signing paperwork including paperwork related to privacy practices, information gathering, and discussing treatment goals. Treatment will move as structured or as relaxed as you would like to make it, keeping our focus on goals developed. This is your treatment, and I'm working for your. With that said, if at any point, you do not feel like it is a good fit, we can discontinue our treatment together. This is YOUR service, and it is important that you feel like it is effective.
