Jessica Alvino, LCSW

I have been practicing in Maine since 2011. I received my bachelor's degree in International Affairs concentrating in Political Science. This education taught me that the best way to help ignite change is at a micro, individual level. I graduated for the University of Southern Maine with my Master's in Social Work. I have experience working with people of all ages, and I am currently serving adults. I have experience working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Attachment Disorders, Personality Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Physical/Sexual Abuse and Neglect. I am trained in Structural Dissociation, the Flash Technique, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I use these modalities predominantly in the work I do with others.
