Insurances and Private Pay

Insurances:

Please contact me to find out which insurances I currently accept. Payment is due at time of service, and you will be expected to communicate with your insurance company about the cost of sessions. 

Private Pay:

Private Pay rate for 53-minute individual session is $120. 45-minute sessions are $85.

Pay Method:

Cash, Check, and Debit cards through the HIPAA compliant application: IVY Pay. You will be asked to keep a card on file through IVY pay. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please give 24-hour notice if you have to cancel your appointment; otherwise, you may be charged the full fee and frequency cancellations will impact your ability to schedule session regularly.
